Man through the roof craft. They would find another way into the house. He was praying to god for help. His friends believed that jesus could make him well but they couldn t even get in the door.

Man goes through roof to see jesus. The man was a paralytic pair uh lit ik. The friends climbed up an outside staircase and dug a hole through the roof. If they could get up on the roof they could remove a part of the roof and make a hole above the crowd.

This week we began with the man through the roof story healing of the paralysed man from mark 2 1 12. This is a lesson about the friends bringing a man that couldn t walk to see jesus but there were so many people they had to put a hole in the roof and let him down. In our group for reception year two we are doing a series of bible stories that can be found here. In mark 2 we see a man go through the roof. When the man s friends carried him to the house where jesus was staying they found the house to be packed with people wanting to hear jesus and be healed by him. Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof jump in i can save you the stranded fellow shouted back no it s ok i m praying to god and he is going to save me.

A man who could not walk wanted to be healed by jesus. However the direction is not up and the situation is not out of control. This is my version. They had an idea.
